  • You may print the worksheet, handwrite notes, gather dimensions, pricing, and artwork details, and then use it as a guide while completing the online form.

  • Preparing your information in advance may make the submission process much smoother and help avoid interruptions while uploading images.

Step 2 — Review the Artwork Photography Guidelines

Clear, well-lit artwork images help present your work professionally and consistently throughout the online gallery.

• lighting
• framing/cropping
• background distractions
• image angles
• artwork presentation

Step 3 — Gather Your Artwork Information

Before starting the form, we recommend having the following ready:
• Artwork title
• Medium and medium details
• Dimensions (without frame)
• Pricing information
• Shipping or pickup details
• Artwork description or inspiration/story behind the piece
• Artwork images ready to upload

 

You may upload additional detail shots or alternate angles if desired.

Step 4 — Complete the Artwork Submission Form

Once your information and images are ready, complete the online submission form below.

Your descriptions do not need to sound formal or perfect.

We are simply looking for thoughtful, authentic information that helps viewers better understand your artwork and creative process.

Submissions may be lightly edited for grammar, formatting, clarity, or space limitations before being published on the website, but the meaning and factual information you provide will remain unchanged.

Most importantly:
This does not have to be complicated.😊
